After successful unlock, the device may receive an ID notification from the server.

Required Action:
1. Create a new Infinix ID account on the device.
2. Sign in with the newly created account.
3. Perform a FACTORY RESET from Settings
4. Complete the setup process normally.
This will ensure the device works properly after unlock.
Send this to all customers.
Inform them that once they activate (the service/product), they must use this method.
If they fail to do so, it is entirely their own responsibility, and we cannot take any action.
Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

After successful completion, log in and enter the ID and password immediately, as OTP/passwords may expire within a few hours.

Non-original IMEI is not accepted — no refund.

When submitting the request, please upload a clear photo of the lock screen in English, along with the device’s IMEI number.
If you cannot obtain the IMEI, you may send the Serial Number (SN) via Fastboot.
